Mum Pampered Return & Refund Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

At Mum Pampered, we care deeply about your satisfaction. If something’s not right, we’re here to help — kindly read the policy below before requesting a return or exchange.

Returns

We accept returns within 7 calendar days of delivery.

To qualify:

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition you received them
  • They must be returned in their original packaging
  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on:

  • Edible products (e.g. chocolates, cookies, or food-based gifts)
  • Used skincare, soaps, or scrubs
  • Items marked as “final sale”
  • Gift cards or digital products (like e-books)

Return Process & Collection

We offer return collection within South Africa for eligible items.

Please contact us first at admin@mumpampered.com or mumpampered@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order to arrange the return.

Do not return items to the product manufacturer or supplier, as this may delay your refund or exchange.

📌 We reserve the right to assess the return eligibility before authorizing a pickup. Customers outside South Africa are currently not eligible for returns.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • We’ll notify you of the approval status
  • If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method
  • Please allow a few business days for the transaction to reflect, depending on your bank or card issuer

Partial refunds may apply if:

  • The item is not in its original condition
  • Packaging is missing or damaged, not due to our handling

Exchanges

We’re happy to exchange items that arrive damaged or defective.

Exchanges are only possible:

  • For the same item
  • Or for an item of equal value (if your original item is unavailable)

  • Your order number
  • A photo of the issue

Delivery times for exchanged items may vary depending on your location.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you:

  • You’ll receive a gift credit for the value of the return
  • Once approved, a gift voucher will be emailed to you

If the item was shipped to the gift giver, the refund will be processed to them.
